We operate all tours with a maximum time of 2 hours from dock to dock with a full boat of 12 passengers. The first tour is at 09:00 a.m. Depending on the location, rides run every 1.5 to 2 hours.

Absolutely not! The captain and crew are professionals and do all of the work for you. You just have to come prepared to have a good time. If you can sit, you can parasail!

No, since all take-offs and landings are done directly to and from the back deck of the boat, you do not even have to get wet. In the extremely unlikely event of a boat malfunction, the flyers slowly drift down to the water, and the mandatory life jackets will keep you afloat.

No, you do not have to get wet. It is your choice if you’d like a gentle toe touch in the water before landing safely on the back deck. If you’re not interested in touching the water, please ask the captain for a dry landing.

We ask that if you have suffered from any of these conditions, that you use your own judgment. We require all passengers to sign a liability waiver that addresses all of the above. Please discuss any disabilities prior to your scheduled trip. If the seas and conditions are not favorable, the captain will advise returning on a better day.

The minimum age to parasail is 5 years old. As for the maximum age, there is no such thing. The oldest passenger I have sent up was 97 years old!

Yes, we offer tandem or triple flights (two or three at a time).

Yes, as long as they meet the weight requirements and the captain is comfortable with it. An adult must at least be present during check-in to sign the liability waiver for anyone under the age of 18 years old.

Anyone has the right to change their mind. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds issued. With this being said, it is very rare that someone chooses not to go once on board. Most of our guests who come out as observers due to the fear of parasailing usually choose to upgrade from observer to flyer once on the boat.

Yes, for an additional fee. We only allow two observers per party, and there is a two-observer maximum per trip as well. If an observer chooses to upgrade to a flyer, then the observer ticket price will be applied to the full ticket cost for the desired height they choose.

Once you get outfitted with a life jacket and harness, you then take a seat on the back deck of the boat. Once seated, the mate/crew clips two clips to the flight bar attached to the parachute. The captain checks for comfort and, most importantly, safety, and then off you go! The captain releases the line to your desired height. When the flight is done, the captain retrieves the line until you land safely onto the back deck in a sitting position, just as you left.

Actually, no, it is not scary at all. The ride itself is the most peaceful, surreal activity. The ascent and descent are very slow — nothing like a rollercoaster. Once at the maximum height, it’s extremely quiet, and the view is out of this world!

Safety is our number one concern. We are a family-oriented business and have the motto, “If it’s not safe to send our children up, we won’t send yours up!” We have all of the industry’s top safety equipment and the best gear money can buy. With over 2 decades of experience in the industry don’t hurt. When in doubt, we don’t go out!

Prior to every trip, the captain does a full safety briefing. This briefing includes safety equipment, fire drill, man overboard, sinking vessel, and most importantly, water landings of any kind. Life jackets are mandatory for anyone that goes into the sail.

We tell all guests to come in beach attire. A swimsuit is always recommended but not mandatory. There is a small bit of storage to stow clothes that are removed on board before you ride. We always recommend sunblock before the trip begins.

We do allow valuables and cameras on the boat but do not recommend anything in the sail that is not waterproof. With that being said, any and all valuables are at the owner’s risk. Boynton Beach Parasail is not liable for anyone’s personal belongings.

Yes, we do! We use a Nikon Digital SLR with a nice zoom lens to capture photos from the boat. We capture anywhere from 100 to 150 photos of your parasail experience, starting with a few before photos on the boat, on the deck before take off, leaving the boat, a small toe-dip into the water, to all the way up high in the sky. We will snap a few scenic shots before you make your descent, where we rapid-fire an optional dip into the water before you land. All of the photos are shot and stored onto an SD card, which is transferred to your phone for $60.

Reservations are always recommended. Our trips leave the docks at the top of every hour on the hour. A reservation guarantees your party a seat in the boat. Walk-up guests are always welcome, but there could be a wait, especially during our busy seasons.

There are two different ways to make a reservation. All reservations require a credit card to hold the seat.

All cancellations are to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are charged the full ticket price unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Refunds are to be issued if, and only if, High Life Parasail cancels the trip due to bad weather or unfortunate circumstances.

Living here in South Florida, we do experience rain almost every day. We try to make all weather-related calls on the same day or even hour by hour. Understanding that your time is valuable, we will always give as much notice as possible for cancellations. If the captain decides to cancel, full refunds or trip rescheduling will be available.

We accept cash, debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards.

Our staff does work for the generosity of your gratuities. We provide a service, and our crew works very hard to make sure you have the best and safest experience possible.

The boat operates seven days a week, weather depending. Trips start at 9 a.m. and trip times vary depending on location. Arrangements can be made in advance for earlier or later trips depending upon availability. The weather tends to be calmer in the morning hours.
